We are disabled friendly & have disabled access/ toilets available in our clinics . However, due to the limitations in parking spaces on the premises , please could you call us 24 hrs in advance on either Kidderminster 01562 510200 or Denora Worcester 01905619998 so that a place could be reserved for you to park on premises.
However, in times where parking is unavailable, there are very convenient nearby car parking spaces where free parking is readily available from where you could easily walk up to the clinic, please just give us a call or email and we would be glad to point these out to you. In Kidderminster, there are no steps to climb for disabled patients to access our services, In Worcester, we have Disabled ramps available for the 3 steps to get into the surgery and we have a surgery at ground level in both these clinics to make your visit comfortable and convenient
